I purchased this for my grandson and he loves it. But I have a problem with it by accident he dropped the remote and now the reverse doesn’t work and there is a rattle in the remote. What do I do to get it repaired or replaced.Fun to play with but it doesn't move very fast and can't go up any kind of hill it will tip over.Gets stuck all the time. I trimmed a bunch off the front end and it's better. Also moved the weight from the front to the middle. Front is just too low.
