Many great things to say. 1. Uses wall or USB to charge batteries 2. Can charge a single battery if needed 3. Will tell you if a battery is dead and not chargeable. Would buy again.This charger came as a package with AA batteries from the same manufacturer. The batteries were 2800 mah batteries, but the charger states that it can only charge up to 1800 mAH, so apparently I can't charge to full potential so I feel a bit ripped off with this package. It also only charges AAA batteries to 900 mAH even though it came with 1100 mAH batteries also from the same manufacturer. Who put these two together without knowing that??? On the Pro side: the charger says it can charge individual batteries so you don't have to put them in as pairs. It also says it has a trickle charge after the battery is full (but I can't prove that). It also says that it can detect bad, or incorrect battery types (again, I didn't test that - but interesting to note that the instruction warn to NOT USE WRONG BATTERIES! .... But if it truly can detect incorrect batteries, then this should be no big deal.An inexpensive charger that just works great! Holds 4 batteries and recharges in just a few hours.Nice small unitsNothing special here: works okSporadic charging. Not consistent and brings more problems than it solves. Simply put, you expect a device to make your life easy and do what you’re expecting, not the opposite…What you would expect. For the price I would 100% recommended this to people, pairs well with the amazon basic rechargeable batteries. Can charge a 2,400 mAh battery in about 4-5 hoursAnd it does exactly what it's suppose to do. The only issue was that I bought Amazon rechargeable batteries and they die fairly quickly.Works like a charm. Charged all my reusable batteries even my older ones to full and then stopped charging them. I checked to see if the batteries cooled down once the indicator said they were full and they did. My other recharging station that did not have the smart charge feature would just continue and the battery would stay hot long after it said it was fully charged.I like the led light display too; easy to read and see the status on the batteries.Would recommend and very pleased with my purchase.My first review said: Stopped working after a year. This review has now changed from 3 stars to 5. Excellent service!!!I found a bunch of rechargeable AA and AAA batteries but I had no charger. Found this one on Amazon. Good price. Order it and it arrived in 24 hours. Pop in the batteries, left them overnight and all except a really old one were fully charged. Can't be simpler!A bit pricey but this is a good option if you want USB type C compatibility. If it doesn't bother you to have to use mirco-USB you should save yourself $10 and get one of those chargers. Works as intended and the build quality is good.Unit shows ERR msg on several batteries that charge on other NiMH chargers. Other batteries of same make, model and age charge on this unit. ERR says battery not compatible.Charging 6 new NiMH batteries 4 together never completed, spit 2 and 2 after first 2 charged and it worked OK.
